Terms and conditions

1. The promotion is open to all players who can lawfully place real-money wagers on the EnergieKasino website and are aged 18 years or over (or min. legal age, depending on the region) and only have one account with EnergieKasino, as per the General Terms and Conditions found on site.
2. This offer is only available for customers residing in the following countries: Germany, Liechtenstein, Austria, Switzerland.
3. The Welcome Offer is split into two Deposit Bonuses. Customers will be able to claim one Bonus for each deposit.
4. The First-Deposit Bonus is 100% up to €250 in Bonus Funds to play with, on a minimum deposit of €10, PLUS 50 Free Spins (€0.20 each) on Book of Gods.
5. The Second-Deposit Bonus is 100% up to €250 in Bonus Funds to play with, on a minimum deposit of €10 PLUS 50 Free Spins (€0.20 each) on Book of Gods.
6. To claim each bonus, customers need to go to the Deposit page, select their preferred payment method and tick the relevant offer before making their deposit.
7. Claiming the First Deposit Bonus is not a prerequisite for claiming the Second Deposit Bonus.
8. If you are holding your account in a different currency other than €, you will receive an equivalent amount in your own currency. To check the latest exchange rates we recommend using the currency converter on www.oanda.com.
9. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
10. If you choose not to receive the First Deposit Bonus, please check in the deposit form the box "No bonus". Please note that the First Deposit Bonus cannot be applied to your account at a later date.
11. In order to redeem each Welcome-Offer Bonus, you must wager the bonus and amount deposited and assigned to the bonus 30 times. For example, for your First-Deposit Bonus, a deposit of €20 will result in a €20 bonus and you will receive a total amount of €40. You will be required to wager €40 x 30 = €1,200 in the casino before you may cash out. Additional cash deposited will not be under such conditions, in the case you should deposit more than the maximum required to claim the full bonus amount. 12. Real money is always deducted first when playing with an active bonus.
13. Please note that each of the Welcome Offer Bonuses can only be claimed once per person, household, family, household address, email address, credit card number, IP address, device or shared computer environment.
14. We offer you an option to forfeit your bonuses. All you need to do is go to “My account” and click on “Cancel bonus” which is available in right section of website. However please be aware that if you forfeit a bonus before completing any required wagering, the bonus along with any additional accumulated winnings will be removed.
15. The wagering requirement for each Welcome Offer Bonus should be completed within 30 days after the bonus is activated. Failure of wagering the bonus within the aforementioned period will result in forfeit of the bonus and eventual winnings.
16. Any winnings resulting from Bonuses or Free Spins will be added directly to player accounts as Bonus funds. Bonus Funds are valid on all slot games, with the exception of those mentioned in the “Deposit Bonus” section of the Standard Bonus Terms and Conditions.
17. Spin value of Free Spins: €0.20 each.
18. The wagering requirement for any winnings resulting from Free Spins or bonuses is 30x and should be completed within 30 days after activation.
19. EnergieKasino will only allow one active real money account. Opening a second account will lead to the closing of your account and to having your bonuses and winnings cancelled.
20. EnergieKasino reserves the right to close your account, limit bonus and offers as well as block or confiscate any existing funds (excluding deposits), in cases of Bonus Abuse, technical exploitation of the system, problem gambling, or any other breach of these Terms and Conditions. “Bonus Abuse” is defined as (but is not limited to) “the use of VPN, proxy or other services and techniques, for the purposes of deliberately obscuring, hiding or changing IP addresses in order to fraudulently take advantage of bonus or promotional offers”.
21. EnergieKasino reserves the right to request a copy of your ID and proof of deposit to confirm legitimacy.
22. Before any withdrawals are processed, your gameplay will be reviewed for any irregular playing patterns. Unless otherwise specified by the promotional terms and conditions, the maximum bet (including additional features such as bonus buy, gamble and/or mini games) allowed cannot be greater than €5 for all Welcome Offers, until the wagering requirements have been met. For other currencies, the following conversion apply: 5 GBP, 5 USD, 5 CAD, 5 AUD, 25 PLN, 25 BRL, 50 NOK, 400 RUB, 1500 HUF, 10 BGN, 150 CZK, 20 RON, 150 UAH, 125 MXN, 5,000 CLP, 25 SOL, 100 TRY, 100 ZAR, 150,000 VND, 15 GEL, 2,500 KZT. Any other Deposit or Non-Deposit offers allow €5 as a maximum bet amount. Bets of larger amounts until the bonus is fully wagered will not be accepted. For other currencies, the same conversions as above apply. Should the Casino deem that irregular game play has occurred, the Casino reserves the right to withhold any withdrawals and/or confiscate all winnings.
23. The above conditions are additional to the General Terms and Conditions of EnergieKasino. EnergieKasino reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions and/or discontinue or withdraw the promotion, due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. force majeure, connectivity issues, changes in law). EnergieKasino will strive to give as advanced prior notice as possible to players in such events. If you find any addendum unacceptable, you should cease using the site, participating in the promotion and/or close your account. Continuation of use after the date on which the changes to the terms come into effect, will be deemed as acceptance of the updated terms.
24. Should you find EnergieKasino's decision unsatisfactory, you can seek an alternate dispute arbitration, whose decision will be deemed final.
25. These Terms and Conditions may be published in a number of languages for information purposes and ease of access by players. In case of any discrepancy between a non-English version and the English version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
